  • Once the initial visit is booked, you can access the intake forms via the online booking app, Jane, which requires you to make an account. Alternatively, the intake forms can be completed in the clinic. It is advised to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to do so.

    Wear comfortable clothing and if necessary, bring a pair of shorts or change of clothes that allows the area of focus to be accessible for assessment.

  • The initial visit involves having an in-depth discussion regarding your musculoskeletal health concerns and to get a better idea of what other factors could be contributing to these.

    A physical examination is completed next to assess your movement, neurological system, and the area of concern.

    Once a diagnosis is reached, our findings will be discussed, and an individualized treatment plan will be tailored to you that addresses your goals and needs.

    Subsequent chiropractic visits following this initial appointment will help you work towards and achieve these goals.

  • No, a referral from your doctor is not required, as chiropractors are primary health care providers.

  • A paid parking lot is located directly adjacent to the clinic on Charlotte St. It costs $0.50 per 15 minutes, or $1.75 per hour. There is also street parking on Charlotte St and Union St via paid parking meters.

  • Payment is due following each treatment and your balance may be paid by direct billing, debit, Visa/Mastercard, or cash. We offer direct billing on your behalf with several major insurance companies. If you wish to use our direct billing services, please bring your extended health benefits card. If your provider covers a certain percentage of your treatment, you will be required to pay the remaining balance. Feel free to contact us for details.
