​Dr. Sarah Middlemiss


Chiropractor, Acupuncture Provider, Clinic Owner

Sarah is a Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College graduate who provides evidence-based care. She incorporates manual therapy, movement, and patient education into all patient care she provides and is a firm believer that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to care. Special areas of interest for Sarah include treatment of headaches, arthritic conditions, and women’s health, especially during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Sarah was raised in the small northern Ontario town of Kirkland Lake, where she spent the balance of her time enjoying outdoor activities and training as a competitive figure skater. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Laurentian University in Sudbury, where she developed a passion for helping people recover from health challenges and work towards their wellness goals.

In her leisure time, Sarah enjoys hiking, snowboarding, trying out new recipes, and will frequent an outdoor skating rink in the wintertime.

Dr. Corey Armstrong


Chiropractor, Clinic Owner

Corey was born and raised in Saint John, New Brunswick. He attended the University of New Brunswick Saint John where he played varsity basketball and obtained his Bachelor of Health Sciences with a designation in Radiography. Following university, he moved to Toronto to pursue his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Corey is beyond excited to be back home and working with our amazing community to help achieve their health goals.  

Corey practices evidence-based chiropractic, with an emphasis on the needs of the individual in front of him. Through various sports injuries growing up, he found his best results came from treatments tailored specifically to him and his goals. Special areas of interest for Corey range from treating acute sports injuries to chronic lingering conditions. His practice style includes a combination of manual therapy, education, rehabilitative exercises, and acupuncture.

Outside of work, Corey’s hobbies include basketball, football, trail running, and his newfound passion of curling, in addition to satisfying his forever growing appetite for the world’s cuisines—look out uptown Saint John!

​Holly MacIsaac


Registered Massage Therapist

Holly graduated from Eastern College’s Massage Therapy program in 2018. Since graduating, she has completed additional certifications, including cupping, Gua Sha, perinatal massage, and kinesiology taping. Special areas of interest for Holly include treating women in the perinatal period, which is the time before and after giving birth. She feels strongly that mothers should get high quality care during this time, as their bodies are enduring many changes and they should feel their best. She is also experienced in treating headaches, TMJ issues, stress and individuals who have been in a motor vehicle accident.

Holly grew up in Quispamsis, but bought a house in Saint John with her partner, Brady, a few years ago. She has a husky named Kya, who she loves to bring on adventures daily. Even on the coldest days of winter you can find her and Kya walking on the beach! When she’s not venturing around with Kya, Holly enjoys spending time with friends and family, and loves to hit many of the awesome patios Saint John has to offer!

A female physiotherapist, concussion provider, orthopaedic physiotherapy

Marika de Winter


Physiotherapist, Owner of de Winter Physiotherapy

Born and raised in Sussex, Marika attended the University of New Brunswick Fredericton and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2017. She went on to obtain her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2019. Marika then moved out to Calgary where she has been working since graduation, so she is very excited to be back in New Brunswick!

Marika’s primary treatment techniques include therapeutic exercise, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, cupping, and manual therapy. She is very interested in treating acute and chronic concussions and furthering her education in this field. She also enjoys working with kids, athletes, and the elderly. She has obtained additional certifications in concussion management and is also a GLA:D Canada Provider, which is a renowned exercise program for treating hip and knee osteoarthritis.

In her spare time, Marika likes to keep active and partakes in running, walking her dog, Annie, and playing recreational sports. You may find her on the beach volleyball courts this summer! She also enjoys checking out local restaurants and breweries with her friends and family.

Registered Dietitian - Sarah Arrowsmith

Sarah Arrowsmith


Registered Dietitian

Sarah graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor’s in Nutrition Science then went on to complete the integrated dietetic practicum at Acadia. She is registered with New Brunswick’s Association of Dietitians.

Sarah utilizes a comprehensive approach to nutritional counselling to provide evidence-based recommendations based on an individual’s unique needs. She believes this approach helps create sustainable changes to one’s diet. Her special areas of interest include intuitive and mindful eating, weight management, nutrition for healthy aging, chronic disease management, and vegetarian/plant-based diets. Sarah also has an interest in women’s health concerns, including PCOS, endometriosis, and nutrition in pre- & postnatal, perimenopause and menopause.

Sarah was born and raised in Quispamsis. She enjoys trail running, spending time with her friends and family, and—of course—cooking and baking.
